Seniors and parents, join us in the High School Art room next Tuesday, November 4th for FAFSA Night! We will be available to help you complete and submit your FAFSA — an important step toward receiving financial aid, scholarships, and grants.
If you’re unable to attend or would like individual support, please contact the high school to schedule or with any questions — we’re happy to help!

The Myrtle Crest Coin Drive has been extended!
We’re getting closer to our goal of collecting enough donations to give every Myrtle Crest student a FREE yearbook — but we’re not there yet!
So far, four classes have crushed their $200 goal: Mrs. Cunningham’s, Mrs. Howell’s, Mrs. Miller’s, and Mrs. Marshall’s classes — way to go!
To make things even more fun, we’ve added a new incentive (and a little more time). The new deadline is November 7th, and if we hit our schoolwide goal, Principal Backman and one or two brave teachers will be strapped into office chairs and raced across the gym!
Let’s make it happen! Send in your coins and help every student get a yearbook — and help us see who wins the Great Myrtle Crest Chair Dash!

The Great Healthy Halloween Challenge is this Thursday, from 5:00 to 6:30. This is a "come for what you can" event. If you can't come at 5:00, come when you can. If you can only stay 15 minutes, do a quick activity to earn a raffle ticket for the prize drawing. Three prize packages will be drawn on Friday morning. This is a family event; students need to come with an adult.
Maple Middle Athletics-
7/8th grade girls basketball starts Monday at 3:45pm at Myrtle Crest. 🏀
6/7/8 grade wrestling will start the following Monday at 3:45pm at the high school mat room. 🤼♀️🤼♂️
Every coin counts toward memories for all students at Myrtle Crest. Money collected in their Coin Drive will help pay for yearbooks for all students at little cost, or for free. The drive continues through Friday, Oct. 24th. Classes that reach their goal will receive free yearbooks plus a popcorn party.

Myrtle Crest is excited to host our Fall Book Fair this week — Monday through Friday, October 13–17! Students will have the chance to browse and shop during their class visit, as well as before and after school. Families are welcome each day until 4:00 p.m., with extended hours on Wednesday until 6:00 p.m. For more information, please call the school at 541-572-1230.
