Official membership in MPHS NHS is confirmed only after official induction of the applicant/member.  MPHS hosts an Induction Ceremony in the spring of each year to which each new applicant/member is invited.  A new applicant/member is not considered officially inducted until he/she attends an Induction Ceremony.  Induction is required for a new applicant/member by their senior year at MPHS.
